Product help
Start with the Tidy 20 user guide. For login, room setup, baseline, guided reset, photo, AI, billing, or beta questions, email friends@tidy20.com. Include what you expected, what happened, device/platform, and the approximate time. Do not attach sensitive room photos unless support specifically asks and you choose to share them.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On the web, log in and open Account → Subscription & billing → Manage billing. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in the corresponding store account. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Delete your Tidy 20 account
In the web app: log in, open the top-right account menu, choose Profile & security, then Delete account and owned data.
In the native app: open Account from the top-right profile icon, expand Delete account, enter your password, and type DELETE.
External request: email friends@tidy20.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my Tidy 20 account.” We will verify account ownership before acting.
Deletion removes the account and its owned solo-household rooms, tasks, reset history, beta feedback, usage records, and private image objects unless retention is legally required. Shared households must be emptied or resolved first. Deleting Tidy 20 does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google; cancel it in that store as well.
Accessibility
See the Tidy 20 accessibility statement for current support, testing status, and how to report a barrier. If a control blocks account access, subscription management, export, or deletion, email friends@tidy20.com.
Privacy and safety
For a privacy request or suspected account compromise, email friends@tidy20.com. If a room presents an urgent physical hazard, stop using the app and contact an appropriate local professional or emergency service.
